We'll scheudle a 15 minute call to talk about your goals and whether I'm the right coach for you. If you're interested in moving forward, we'll get going on creating a plan!
After filling out some details around your running background and goals, we'll spend 30 minutes together talking about the major elements of your plan. I'll take the notes from that and build a customized running plan to suit your goals and other commitments.
You get a plan delivered in 4 weekly segments, so you know what's coming beyond the next weekend. All workouts come with extensive explanations of how and why you're doing them. There's space for notes so you can let me know how the run felt.
If something isn't working with your plan, we'll change it! I check in with runners once a week and am available to answer questions at other times. We'll also adjust the plan as your paces change.
If your goal includes a race, I'll be available to talk you through the course and race strategy.
